Course Summary

This online micro-credential is suitable for health clinicians that have had no or little exposure to performing baseline observations on the client they service. The course addresses some of the basic principles of measurement and recognition of normal physiological limits.

This is a non-creditable micro-credential which is awarded a digital badge and Certificate of Completion which can be shared to your social networks and displayed in your professional portfolio.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. Identify normal vital signs of the client 
  2. Recognise the client's physiological health of their vital organs
  3. Interpret the changes in deteriorating health status and the importance of monitoring baseline vital signs.
