Cozolino's 'Nine things educators need to know about the brain' underpins this micro-credential. Topics addressed include the need for connection between brains to thrive, learning and memory, good stress/bad stress, the brain-body link, and how quality nutrition and sleep are critical to the optimal development of the brain. Learn too about some common neuromyths such as left-right brain (or dominance) theory and use research-based evidence to gain a professionally informed view.

This is a non-creditable micro-credential which is awarded a digital badge and Certificate of Completion which can be shared to your social networks and displayed in your professional portfolio.
