Micro-credential Summary:
This online micro-credential will provide guidelines for the health and fitness professional to work with corporate groups to facilitate health and wellness programs, and team building activities with their employees. The micro-credential will provide recommended pre-screening, program adaptation, and modification for employees with specific needs. A risk management tool and examples of team building activities are outlined as well as recommendations for gaining participation and tracking results to evaluate the program.

If you are a Registered Exercise Professional with AusActive as a Group Exercise/Gym Instructor or greater, you will also be eligible to attain 3 AusActive CECs on the successful completion of this micro-credential. On successful completion of the quizzes you can claim your digital badge at Credly and autogenerate a certificate to upload into your CEC diary on your AusActive account and you will be able to select your approved micro-credential. This will apply the CECs to your account. A team member from AusActive will review the uploaded certificate as soon as possible to verify that it matches the selected micro-credential.
